I bought this product because my old scanner could not detect the problem. I then tried two different bluetooth products and they couldn't find the problem either. I really wanted a scanner for a $5,000 store, but for a backyard home mechanic, that's just out of the question. So I ordered Launch OBD2Scanner-CRP129E. This scanner came with a charging cable and a cable long enough to plug into a carport. The kit also had decent instructions and a good carrying case. I connected the scanner to my computer and it immediately found my problem and restarted my computer. It reads every system in my car from VIN to transmission codes. It also connects to my wifi and sends reports to my computer! The operation of the touchscreen is logically structured, which made my work easier. The CRP129E is the best scanner I have ever used and far exceeds the price I paid for it. I didn't mention this before, but the scanner came with a different device to reset the wheel sensors. Haven't used it yet, if it works half as well as the scanner itself it will be amazing. I highly recommend this scanner and am glad I bought it. This is a great product.
