The first problem is sending reports via email. You can send them to yourself or others. The problem is that the device is connected to a company server, so the emails come from a Chinese server, which most often ends up in spam. I have an early 2000's Kia that I've been trying to diagnose some issues with and it seemed to do the trick for me. I was wrong.
