I bought this product for my husband and son who both work in the field. You must wear the FR uniform, which consists of heavy, long-sleeved clothing, long pants, hard hats, steel-toed boots, and gloves. During the hot summer heat in Georgia, the temperature rises to the mid and over ninety degrees daily, and without wind and unbearable humidity, they sweat profusely for 10 to 12 hours outdoors, and dehydration is always a problem for all people. They typically drink Pedialyte in the afternoon to replenish lost electrolytes. Now they use these packages and say they work amazingly well! Anything that helps keep my boys safe deserves a 5 star rating!
