I'm only writing this because it's a security issue. As you can see in this photo, as the light hung from my ceiling, the light had detached from the base of the outlet exposing uncovered hot wires. The socket head cap screw is a protective cover for bare wires, but it is not securely fastened to the bracket, although it appeared to be so when first installed. To screw this mount in you really need to apply force to the entire light assembly that can rotate/loosen it relative to the socket. I assume this is what happened here and the vibration or hit completed the error. That should be remembered. I don't know when it fell, but I recently found it hanging from an outlet in the basement. year worked fine.
