This cocoa maker works well but I wasn't expecting it. It's twice the size I thought it would be, so it takes up a lot more space on my desk. It is 9 1/2" tall and 10" wide from spout to handle. It makes 1-4 cups of cocoa, but it's more of a 12-cup coffee maker. Since it is written that it is easy to clean, I expected the mixing bowl to be removed from the device. It is not. You just hold everything under the tap and rinse, but you can't put the device in water. I found it inconvenient to clean. For families drinking 4 cups of cocoa at a time, you'll probably enjoy it. It takes 4 to 10 minutes to heat up depending on how many cups you are making. You can use milk or water, so you can use it to heat water for purposes other than cocoa if you like.
