I'm not one to leave reviews, but this device has taken my fudge making to a whole new level. I switched from an aluminum pot and whisk to an enameled cast iron skillet. I didn't want to scratch the enamel with a whisk so I looked for a safe scratching solution and found this smart device. It arrived today and I wasted no time using it. My first batch was ready in no time and it was such a breeze. The thermometer responds instantly and it was very good to see the display not fogging up from the vapor like a candy thermometer does. I would buy again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend!
