Love everything about it but most of all the closed toe. I didn't want to and wasn't allowed to wear open boots in my company without a doctor's certificate. I prefer closed toes. I read all the reviews that were all over the map in terms of size. So I'm a 7.5 women's honey, so I took a chance and went for a medium boot. I'm glad I did. I don't have too much or too little room in my toes. The boot is actually a perfect fit and warm. I've also read a lot about support and I think it's perfect in that area too. I have 2 broken toes and my booted foot feels great. No pain. The construction is very good, the price and delivery were good. Overall a good buy.
