The collar is perfect! Great design! Nice thick leather and solid fittings! It's a little wider than I thought, but looks better than I imagined. Bought this for my oversized chocolate lab. His neck measures 21 and 1/4. The collar is true to size. At 23 I would recommend the next size up. But for his standards, the collar fits perfectly, with a little more length and room to manoeuvre. I love the collar! Looks good, is well made and does what it's supposed to do! **This is an update**. We had the collar a few days ago and I should add that the ID tag that came with the collar does not stay on. I am sure that it will remain with a little work. It's really not a big problem. I still give the collar five stars! I didn't buy it for an ID tag; it's just a bonus! I love the collar! Very high quality!
