Review on 🔋 Schumacher 3 Amp 12V Automatic Battery Charger and Maintainer with Auto Desulfator for Cars, Motorcycles, Lawn Tractors, Power Sports, and Marine Batteries by Dave Mosby

I bought this charger for battery maintenance on a collector car in my garage. It turns out that it is completely useless for this purpose. When you turn on the charger for the first time, you must manually select the battery type (lead-acid or lithium-ion) before it starts charging/service. In the event of a power failure, the charger will reset and battery operation will be suspended until you manually reset the battery type. If you don't know the power is out, you can go back and find a dead battery. This device is NOT "fully automatic" as it says in the item description. I will be returning this charger and going for one designed by engineers who know how battery maintenance equipment is actually used.
