When I was looking for replacement components for my vehicle, I recently discovered the online store owned by KUNCAN. Sadly, I can't say that my experience was particularly encouraging. It was difficult for me as a non-native speaker to navigate their website because it appeared to have a subpar translation and was full of jargon that I did not understand. My frustration was only exacerbated by the absence of any obvious product information. When I did eventually get my order, it contained the incorrect parts, and attempting to get in touch with their customer service was a complete and utter nightmare. If KUNCAN is serious about growing their customer base beyond people who speak English as their first language, the company needs to focus on making their website and their customer service more accessible to people who do not speak English as their first language.
