I really like the concept of these shakers. They are airtight, so theoretically they don't stick together because no air can get in. When you press your finger on the top center of the shaker, it pops up like an upside down mushroom. It will crumple from time to time, so a quick shake before opening will take care of that. Because of the design, the salt tends to cover everything and not just one place (including the table). But for me this is a very small problem. Beautiful, stylish and modern design and well worth the money. I recommend and love the Trudeau brand.
