Worked almost a year

The lantern is on but the fan no longer blows twinkle. I disassembled it and the fan works, but the corresponding part in the water does not rotate. RAZ has a product support number but does not wish to be contacted. UPDATE 12/10/2020. The problem is the mini DC motor, it lost its power to spin the fan which is in the water. So I ordered a new DC motor from Revain. I cut and connected two wires and now the lantern is working again. It is a pity that the factory does not inform about this and does not give advice on how to fix it.
