Stunning Shades of Blue!
The Winsor Newton Winton Color Phthalo paint is perfect for my Arts and Crafts projects. Based on our own experience, we found the shades of blue to be absolutely stunning for painting landscapes and seascapes. The versatility of the paint allows for smooth blending and even layering. The only con we noticed is that it may require a few coats to achieve the desired opacity but the end result is worth it .Overall, we highly recommend this paint for any artistic endeavors..
