The best thing about this tool is its ease to use-it's intuitive! I can easily see what my team has been working on over time (and where it stands currently).
Some customization would be nice in some areas but overall great product/tool that allows us to move faster with our projects by using agile methodologies like Scrum. Also being able to collaborate through Slack helps greatly as well. Being an organization trying to grow more efficiently and quickly we have found that having something simple that everyone understands how to utilize will help tremendously.
Pros
- Ease for beginners & experienced alike.
- Ability tp share work items across teams or entire org when necessary, especially useful if there are ever concerns wth sharing info within your whole organizations' network security policies etc
- Can manage all tasks from one central location without needing multiple platforms
Cons
- Some difficulties
