2008-2010 Runaways and sailors are notorious for the failure of the rear latch which prevents the rear of the car from being used except through the rear window. When my sons failed, I couldn't imagine him paying the $400-$500 they charge at Ford dealerships. We ordered this replacement from the aftermarket, watched a YouTube video, and were able to do it ourselves in under an hour (at a leisurely pace) and for under $30, saving hundreds. The only warning I would give is to make sure you have a tight head when loosening the screws as they will be held by the blue Loktite and will come loose if you don't.
