Review on Illuminate the Outdoors with Rechargeable BNBIDEN Hurricane Lighting by Jamie Clark

For chicken coop, well suited for incandescent lamps

Works great. Solar panels are tiny, but they charge a lightbulb. I upgraded my system to a 180w solar panel and was able to connect lightbulbs directly to it. If I were to do it again I would just buy lightbulbs (instead of solar panels and save about $8). Remote controls (you get 1 per bulb) will turn on both bulbs when the remote is nearby. There's no way to turn a lightbulb on or off (unless they're far apart). Delete has preset hours to stay. I wish he had more choices. For a chicken coop, ideal lighting for 2-3 hours in winter can help with egg production. You only get 30 minutes, 2 hours, 5 hours and 10 hours. It can be charged with a Micro USB cable for any Android device. I hooked it up to a solar controller which has 2 USB ports (one for each bulb) and seems to work fine with my large solar panel.

Pros
  • 4 light modes and light sensor function: BNBIDEN solar lamp with 4 modes: high 300lm / medium 150lm / low 75lm / SOS; To enter light sensor mode: Press the AUTO button on the remote control OR press the MODE button on the solar lamp 5 times. The light sensor mode only works when the solar panel is connected to the solar LED lamp. Automatically turn off solar lights and charge during the day; and turn on the light automatically at night.
