Review on Dorman 924 834 Center Console Repair by Aaron Stewart

(2009 Ford Ranger) I recently converted the interior of my Ranger from a 60/40 bench seat to a 40-20-40 configuration which meant purchasing a bucket seat driver. Side and center console only to find that the console wasn't very well designed (armrest wise), it's very easy to break, it only has one pivot point and it doesn't have any extra support, so if you put weight on it. It's all held up by a hinge located at the end of the armrest (of course) and that's not a good place to put cargo. If you lie on it it breaks, it's all plastic. This part solves the problem. It's very durable and I don't think I need to worry now that it will break in the future. I'm deducting a star because it was a little pricey for me, but it's a good product.
