Review on 🔪 ZENG JIA DAO Butcher Knife: High Carbon Forged Steel Cleaver for Kitchen and Slaughter House Needs by Jamie Lundgren

I saw the $200 version of this knife and settled on one of the cheaper ones. However, this knife is amazing! Very sharp, feels good in the hand, good control. The only downside is the fit/finish of the handle. As you can see in the picture there is a gap and the stock is slightly raised. A little quick sanding will fix the situation, and if the handle comes loose, time in the store will fix everything. All in all a great knife. Will be updated after a few months of use.
