So I originally bought the x-large dog door but it was too big. It's so easy to come back. Then we bought a big door for a duel. Perfect fit for my dog. It was difficult to assemble, but that's more like my door (metal with foam insulation). But once I cut the hole to size it was very easy to install. My dog LOVES his dog door. Many years ago I had a dog door with a dueling valve (from another company) and the doors opened at the slightest breath of wind. It was very frustrating. This dog door has very heavy flaps with several large magnets to keep the flaps closed in a storm, but still opens when my dog's nose is pinched. Great design! I've had it for about 5 months and the outer valve came loose causing the flaps to get stuck. I contacted support via email and within an hour and a half they replied that it was an easy fix and sent me a new valve (free) to fit into my existing dog flap. I am so impressed with this door and the company that sells it. I highly recommend this product from this seller. Please note: 5 starting ratings on all paid reviewers always make me very suspicious. I AM NOT A PAID DESIGNATOR and still rate 5 stars (both product and company). I hope that you will have the same wonderful experience that I have when you purchase this product.
