I have a large bowler hat and I bought these they said large. Compared to other glasses (like my wife's) they seem about the same. The fit is tight. I have ordered several other cheap readers that are listed as large and have had much better success. I struggled to find a proper size comparison based on their numbers. I would suggest if you have a slightly larger face/head - they might work. If you want really big glasses for men, this is not the right choice.
