Husband bought this speaker in early January. It is now March and we are having problems with the speaker. It only took this speaker two months to turn into a lemon, two months! I called customer service and they gave me a bill to ship the speaker back. However, I can't get a new speaker until it's "tested" and confirmed to be the problem. Verification can take up to 4 business days. This does not include the time it takes to ship it and then wait for them to ship a replacement. If they cannot reproduce the problem, they will send back the exact same device. The on/off button is back. The button has no spring and requires strong pressure for 20-30 seconds for some time with success, and sometimes after 5-10 attempts. Something is obviously wrong with the on/off switch. It appears to be sunken into the device, making it difficult to turn on and off. I wouldn't waste your money on this and spend a little more for something of a higher quality and brand with better customer service.
