We have just received the remote control and phone for our 10 month old baby. The remote control seems like a great gift but the phone really let me down! The phone's volume is so low that you can barely hear the sounds you want it to make.

That's great! I almost didn't order it because some negative reviews said the phone wasn't loud enough, but I'm very glad I did. I don't want the phone to be louder than it is. It is true that the remote control is loud enough to hear from 3 rooms, but the phone is not. It fits me! This is a favorite and definitely a bargain

My daughter loves this remote control, she likes the phone but not as much as the remote control. nothing is heard when the child presses the keys. The only 2 things I don't like about the remote is the "weather part" where it says it's cold, it sounds like a woman's moans. And 4 spins like saying "enemy" instead of "four".

None of the products work. We opened it up on Christmas morning, put the batteries in, and the remote started playing a song and then stopped. Now it keeps flickering on and off. Mobile phone switch is stuck in it and is broken, cannot be switched on. Christmas disappointment. I don't feel like boxing them up for return because I'm sick of Christmas, mailing and gift wrapping so I guess they just have to pretend.

The remote control is excellent. I like that there is a volume control and so many buttons and sounds. my daughter loves it She likes the phone too but within 2 days the bottom row of numbers stopped working properly and they all made a camera shutter noise so now the phone ringing is gone which we played with a lot. So the phone isn't very good quality, which sucks. I wish I could buy her separately and return the phone but since she loves the remote so much I'm keeping it.

It was a complete scam. The item I received does NOT switch to Spanish mode. I tried to contact the seller and they refused to replace it unless I sent video to prove it. How and who has time to lie about what to buy for their child! For God's sake, it's a learning device. My kid loves trying out my remote control so I thought I'd give it to him for Christmas. He likes to play with it, but I have to agree that the phone part is a lot quieter than the remote. The remote control plays all sorts of sounds and the volume control is great because some children's toys only have two options: louder and louder. My toddler can easily hold the remote control and play by himself. The buttons are easy for him to press. The phone is not that interesting for my 6 month old baby. He shows no interest in it. I ordered them for my 8 month old baby. First off, it's great value for money. You get both the remote and the phone for the same price as one or the other elsewhere. Plus it's great quality. Better than I expected for the price. After I bought it I started reading reviews and saw a few (with video proof) that the number four is pronounced "FO" and the weather button when it's making cold weather made a sound like a woman moaning , instead of shaking.
