Anti-glare is good so I don't think it dazzles oncoming traffic except maybe a few low-lying cars because I have a pickup. They're so bright that you can't see past the cut-off limit in low beam because your eyes get used to the extreme brightness up close, making everything behind them darker. The high beams are so bright that the reflective signs are barely legible, if not blinding. The instructions for removing the collar to attach the mount are not clear. After that, the wire should be crimped so tightly that it interferes with the installation of the light bulb and bracket in the cartridge. It's not too bad once you figure it out, but it's still a little uncomfortable and the connector cable breaking doesn't inspire confidence in its longevity. More detailed instructions would help a lot, and better lead placement would help even more.
