Good mugs at a great price

These Chef Craft mugs are just what I needed. I wanted to fold several sets and put them in my drawer. One picture shows four nested size 1 cups. You can see they don't stand up. The other cups I have won't nest cups of the same size, but these will. Another illustration shows multiple sets of different sizes nested in a short stack. They are a good match. I've seen some reviewers claim they are too thin. I have attached a picture of 1 cup with a half liter water bottle. This shows that the handle flexes more than rigid cups. Yes, these cups will flex when you pick up sugar or anything with real weight and/or resistance. If you want something hard, pay more than $10 and get famous brand mugs. I buy five sets of these measuring cups less than one set of branded cups that cannot be stacked. I bought five sets to keep some in my sugar etc. Now I wash a lot less measuring cups and they are always there when I need them. Durability? I've run them in the dishwasher (top shelf) a few times and they've been fine. I hand washed them with no problems. I made hot cocoa and hot soup and they didn't melt or lose their shape. I wouldn't use it in the microwave for fear it would scratch them like Tupperware does. Because of the size of the top and the smaller opening, I only gave it four stars. I would prefer the 1/4 cup not to be as flat but with a smaller top or opening. I've attached a picture showing the depth of it with a top size comparison. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to using them for many years to come.
