I gave it a 2 for packaging and looks. I don't use wire inserts for outlets and switches. I saw the label, it was supposed to say "it would cost too much to do right". I gave him a chance because I had to. No warning (tightening) when loosening the screws. They fall out before there is room for the #12 wire wrap. I have never installed a switch or outlet without a built in stop warning and enough room to tie the wire. When the screw comes out, the plate with the "nut" falls back into the starting hole. It took me 10 minutes to figure out how to hold the plate in place to screw the screw back in. Who has time for that. That's all; went back into the box. To some, this may seem like a small thing; I took it as a warning about the manufacturing process. What else was cheaply made that could make this device unsafe. I couldn't install them in my house and feel safe.
