
I can't always afford the best knives. But I've found that for me personally, the sharp edge of a cheap kitchen knife makes a huge difference. This sharpening stone is well priced and has a rougher side to get rid of dents and minor damage and a finer side to really create a nice sharp edge. I got addicted to my cheap dull knives and now they cut much better. I believe that a good sharpening stone is a good investment that will help you get more out of your knives, whether cheap or expensive. I am satisfied with this sharpening stone.
