I contacted the support service in full confidence that they would help me. But to my surprise, they quickly sent me. To the store. Well, at least they gave contacts. The store replied that it was not their problem, that was responsible for the delivery. All in all, it took about a week to complete this mess. Just once again writing an appeal - I got to the employees who fixed everything in 5 minutes. I don’t know, maybe this doesn’t happen so often, but it seems to me that we need to help customers a little more actively in solving such problems. And in general, - what happened to the delivery? In my area it used to take 2-3 days. Now 2-3 weeks. Maybe due to the fact that there was a paid express delivery? But you are far from the cheapest store.
