Review on Premium Black Widow Colored Pencils for Adults - 24 Vibrant Coloring Pencils - Professional Quality Pigments - Ideal for Adult Coloring Books and Artistic Drawings by Sergio Wingate

I bought all 3 sets of Black Widow pencils. I usually use Prismacolor Premier & Farber Castell Polychromos. I also have some inferior brands. I liked the colors in these sets as they are slightly different from mine. Pencils are creamy, ready-made, smooth, well-shaded. Prismacolors are easier to blend. But they fit better than Polychromos. These can be sharpened well. Unfortunately, the packaging and shipping packaging is not up to date. They ship them in flimsy cans with a thin, clear plastic film that needs to be sealed with tape and then placed in padded envelopes for mailing. There is no protection. The first set I received had a dented can; but the bank was still closed. Then I ordered Cobra & Scorpion sets. The tape that is supposed to hold the cling film together has been completely removed in both places. This had to be done on purpose. The tape just wouldn't let go. It was open. The tin was dented, the pens were in the box, and most of the nibs were either slightly broken or broken down to the pen. I could turn them over. But that means I didn't get the full product I paid for, which annoys me. I love pencils and recommend them to anyone who enjoys drawing with colored pencils. If you are on a budget this is a great buy. They are far superior to the Marco Raffine pencils you find at Revain. If you have a young artist and don't want to spend a lot of money on pens but want the pens to work well I would recommend them. I only wish the packaging and transport packaging was better. I've included photos showing the missing tape, a dented can, and damaged pencils. I have also included a color chart of all 3 sets. If it weren't for the poor packaging and damaged pens I would have given this 5 stars. UPDATE: The seller sent me codes so I can replace the Black Widow, Scorpion, and Cobra sets for about 75 cents each. All 3 sets arrived in perfect condition. I use them and love the colors, buildability and blendability. I am happy to add them to my pencil collection.
