Review on Hicient by Scott Richardson

Initially, I looked forward to doing business with Hicient Company; however, my interactions with the company were anything but positive. I found their service to be below standard, despite their assurances that they employ a staff of highly trained experts who are solely focused on satisfying customers. When I contacted customer support about the discrepancy between the product I received and the one I had ordered, I got the cold shoulder. I kept getting handed from pillar to post without anyone ever actually helping me with my issue. Their unhelpful return policy made things worse, as I was now stuck with a useless product. Hicient is not a company I would suggest to anyone looking for a dependable and customer-focused business partner.
