Worked great, for about eight months.
Basic kitchen tool, we used almost daily. My youngest child eats a lot of apples. Yesterday, we used the apple slicer and basically exploded. The plastic cracked and all the metal pieces flew everywhere. We purchased this item in December 2021, and August 2022 we dropped it in the trash.
