I like how easy it is to use and set up. It also has great customer service support for any questions or issues that may arise. I do not like that there are so many different features you can use with this software, which makes it more complicated. It could be made easier to understand for those who do not know much about RFID. There aren't too many problems with this product. As long as you have a basic understanding of RFID, it will work well for you. Our asset management department is able to keep track of our inventory at all times. We are also able to make sure we don't run out of supplies.
