Two hard drives inserted for PC backup. Two disks became inaccessible during backup yesterday. I don't know what happened, the only option is to reformat the two drives so all data is lost. I've had more than ten docks/cases, this is the first time I've encountered such a problem. It would be very sad if important data was lost. should remind others who still use this dock: be careful with your data.
