After a shipping mix-up (I was sent the wrong item - more on that below) I received my ReadyDesk and I'm very glad I have it. Pros: It's a solid addition to my home office and can handle my task and work situation with multiple laptops. I have pretty heavy hands and didn't feel like my table would tip over. Also, I love the look of wood and it suits my home decor. Cons: The desk sometimes slides (it didn't have handles like the laptop stand) so it can be uncomfortable to work with at times. Also, as mentioned in another review, there are some raw edges that caught on my sweater and gave me a splinter when assembling the table. In addition, the parts of the table are too close together in some places, which puts additional strain on the elbow. These things don't mean much to me, but they do contribute to the loss of a star. On the other hand, I was initially sent the wrong product, but the ReadyDesk team responded quickly and shipped it within the next week, so I just wanted to say hello to the ReadyDesk team. It's always nice to support a small business that really cares about their customers.
