We ordered this lock for our 2017 T@B camper from a lightning deal. The lock came and we installed it fairly easily, but it didn't work perfectly. It felt like the keys didn't fit correctly (I thought I was going to break it off many times) and the deadbolt didn't always engage when using the fob or the number pad. I emailed the company directly, and they replied within hours asking for more detail about the issue. They also reassured me their warranty covered my purchase, regardless of where I bought it from. I emailed back a video showing the problem, and they replied with a few trouble-shooting ideas to try. After trying their suggestions with no change, they sent us a new lock and a return shipping label for the first faulty lock. The second lock arrived and WOW! What a difference! The fit was perfect, the keys worked effortlessly, the deadbolt responded correctly to the fob and number pad. The lock is all metal, so it's sturdy and should last. It's nice to have the option of not carrying keys when out hiking and sightseeing and using the number pad to get access to our camper.I am beyond impressed with their customer service and the second lock. Really happy we went with this brand and highly recommend it.
