Convenient customer service tool that makes managing and responding fast, easier

I like how easy it is for me as an administrator or owner/manager in charge (I can add new bots) which helps my team quickly respond to our clients' queries about what we offer / products without having someone else do so! Also love its friendly user interface - very intuitive once used properly by all employees involved! Nothing really but this works well enough given where they're at now & will continue working till further notice until there's anything better available out their side too look into if needed :) It saves us time from being unable reach people when need be via phone calls etc due communication needs are not easily met through emails alone anymore these days ;).

Pros
  • The ability to have many different types bot agents that act differently depending upon who uses them, eases up workloads quite effectively because you don't always require one person doing everything instead everyone has specific roles assigned per agent type; also makes work easier with less confusion since each employee knows exactly whom should receive certain messages sent thru chatbots using Smart AI services such tools provide..also great customer service support provided 24x7
