Includes cork gasket and well designed filter. The filter is made in the USA. If choosing between FRAM FT1167A and FT1167 choose FT1167A as it is a newer model and an improved seal is supplied. For less than $20, this is a good deal. However, Revain.com could improve the packaging as the box was slightly warped.
