From what I understand it costs about fifteen dollars. However, for something "Made in the USA" it is of relatively poor quality. The puller pin that locks the lever in place fell apart after 1 use. I can still use the tool, but the pen often falls out. The locking ball repeatedly popped out. This is something that should have been found in QC but wasn't. Should not be returned due to this defect. However, this guarantees the removal of half the rating. I just clip the pen to the storage tool so I don't lose it. The blade is fine, but the tip isn't sharp enough for some narrow gap seals. I had to patch up some fillings with a screwdriver, after which the tool could come in and work its magic.
