I've been baking every day since I've had them and I love it! I've used 9" and 10" a lot and have no complaints! I haven't used the 8" but I'm pretty sure it can handle the other two! I've made lots of mousse and cheesecakes with them and they look beautiful every time! They slide off with a little pressure too and doesn't stick to the sides or bottom!
