USE AND CARE: Before using your new bakeware for the first time, wash your pan and tray in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry. For best results, the non-stick surface should be “conditioned” by wiping the interior of the pan and tray with a light coating of cooking oil. Use only nylon or wooden utensils for non-stick bakeware. Never cut or chop in the pan with a metal utensil, as it will cut into the non-stick surface. After cooking, remove the pan and tray from the heat and let them cool. Do not pour water onto a hot pan, as excess residue can splatter and cause the pan to warp. To remove stubborn stains and spots, use a non-abrasive plastic mesh pad that is safe for non-stick surfaces. This set is dishwasher safe.

Great moulds, suitable for baking breads and loaves

My husband mentioned that our aluminum split ONE mold was a bit difficult to open/release the last time he made a cheesecake. Was he ever pleasantly surprised when they showed up (especially the 'small' and the fact that there were three tiered sizes)!

I was afraid the pans would be thin. .

I was afraid that the pots would be thin. To my surprise, they don't exist at all. I baked a 10 inch cheesecake as soon as I received it and served it on Thanksgiving. The pans worked well and they came off the floor with no problems. I leave my cheesecake for a spectacular debut.

Chipping and surface discoloration

Initially we were happy with this set of pans, however after a few uses we found that the surfaces only wear and discolour if hand washed with a natural dishwashing liquid. Today we have decided to stop using it and only leave it for storage as its health safety seems doubtful. I cannot recommend this product.

Great muffin pan!

I used these right out of the box. After the muffins were baked I lightly pressed the rim of each muffin around the perimeter and they rose instantly and I didn't use paper inserts. Can't wait to make another batch. Regular sized cupcakes are a whimsical look. This is the perfect size. Great product and when mine wears out I will buy another.

A bit pricey but good frying pan so far

Nice frying pan - good size - a little scratched on the bottom when new but what can you do - not too bad to return. This is a replacement for a cheaper model that has been damaged from storing coated fins in it for too long.

Don't waste money.

I bought this to make egg white muffins when my other large muffin tin I had for years needed replacing. I bought it on August 19, 2020 and have been using it once or twice a week since then. It's October 17th, 2020 and the non-stick coating is already starting to peel off. I always wash the pan with a non-abrasive sponge after use and dry it with my hands. I don't know what other pan to recommend but definitely don't waste your money on this junk.

Mine rusted in less than a month

I've been baking every day since I've had them and I love it! I've used 9" and 10" a lot and have no complaints! I haven't used the 8" but I'm pretty sure it can handle the other two! I've made lots of mousse and cheesecakes with them and they look beautiful every time! They slide off with a little pressure too and doesn't stick to the sides or bottom!
