Just received and showered today and now my hair is dry and after one use it looks and feels better and softer. It feels weightless and actually takes less time to air dry than usual. (I used to use Ion products) I skipped the conditioner and used the VERB mask which I received today instead. My hair smells great, nothing fabulous but definitely clean and fresh. I'm giving 4 stars because while I was lucky to get the comb and it was in the box (other reviewers say they didn't get the box or comb), my conditioner leaked into the box and it is a big disappointment because it is so expensive! Every drop counts, especially the conditioner in my opinion! Overall I would buy again today. I'll wait a few weeks to see how it feels on my hair and update. photos included
