This thing is made out of cheap metal and a plastic knob and stem. It probably won't hold up well. The screws are made of cheap metal, which when screwed in with a Phillips head destroys the Phillips head of the screws and can no longer be removed. I discovered this after installing the latch and then found that I had to adjust it a bit to get the door to close properly. I could not remove the screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Luckily you had the option of using a straight head to pull them back out. I was able to use the same screws again with the straight head to put them back in place, but I don't know how many times you can do this before the head disappears. Luckily on the second try my setting was perfect and the door closed properly.
