The unit has a design flaw that will burn out the relay leads over time. If you're buying a replacement, this is probably why. The connections are left at the factory for too long and can burn out to other parts of the board and some traces are lightened with solder. Pull back the four metal tabs holding the IC board and lift the board up. Blot up any odd looking connections with a soldering iron and use a pair of wire cutters to snip off the back leads on the board. If you have a hot glue gun, coat the entire back of the board with about 1/8 inch of glue. With any luck, this will be the last replacement you will ever need to buy.
