I wanted to like it but there were 2 things that stopped me. At first I wanted the cold drink to stay cold, but as the drink started to sweat the Java sleeve got wet and was uncomfortable to hold. Depending on the restaurant I've been to (e.g. McDonalds etc) the sleeve would sometimes fit the cup oddly, resulting in the bottom of the sleeve not being completely filled so that when trying to sit down the cup would fall out would table with a sleeve, she staggered. It's not normal for someone like me who doesn't need help to spill things. For these two reasons I didn't like it and I only used it 3 times. I bought a 30 oz stainless steel chill cup instead and am much happier. Instead of insulating crappy restaurant plastic cups with an uncomfortable sleeve, I now use my own reusable cup with amazing insulation.
