Got an incorrect socket that did not allow the screw to be tightened.
Bought the wrong bushing that wouldn't let the screw through. Disappointingly, Energy Suspension responded quickly with the right bushing and extra lube. First class company with quality products. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
