I payed for a new item and recieved a previously opened product

The box was obviously opened and trapped closed. This includes having been pried open on the end. Additionally, there were other signs like dust on the case and the parts not aligned as would be the case with a new, unopened product. I'm guessing the previous purchaser used it for a quick project and returned it.The left latch was folded inside the case making it appear broken. This did not come from the factory like this.

Pros

The quick-charge feature of this screwdriver allows you to get back to work in no time, so you never have to wait for your tool to recharge

Cons

The accessories may not be easy to clean after use
