I received these headphones from my comrades as a gift, since my old G35 from Logitech had already begun to fall apart after 10 years. Honestly, they don’t look a gift horse in the mouth, but I’ll still make a small remark. The sound quality is mediocre, surround sound is fierce trash, no positioning, etc. there is not a trace here, the sound of the drum emulation level on headphones for 400. I have something to compare with to say that 7.1 is nothing more than a fiction. The sound quality and 7.1 in the 10-year-old G35 headphones is unattainable for the G PRO X. No matter how you grunt with presets, connect to another sound card, you still get the same. They're way too overpriced, overpaying for the Blue logo and a couple of mic chips. Of the pleasant things, the design, interchangeable wires, interchangeable ear pads, a pretty good microphone. On the G35 model, the controls were on one of the headphones, there you also have a physical button for switching stereo to 7.1 and G keys on which you can hang macros, 2 variations of turning off the microphone, by pressing or lifting it up. Also, a very nice thing, the light indication of the switched off microphone. Honestly, I would have sat further on the G35, but time has already worn them out. Headphones G PRO X are not bad, but no more. Cons cover all possible pluses, be sure to listen and test before buying. Disappointed, I thought that the transition from the G35 would be at least equivalent, but I got a much worse product, and the software also spoiled the mood with its performance, I can’t load presets, reinstallations don’t save me. Alas and ah only 2 stars for this product. Logitech is bad.
