These are serious tools! We produce feed and mineral boxes for cattle and raised beds from 4x4 vehicles, which we receive in surplus. We fasten everything together by driving oak pins into the holes drilled in the joists. The 4x9 foot model requires over 100 holes, the sooner they are drilled the better. I've tried different beats and these are the best. Note, however, that larger bits, say 3/4 inch or larger, will require a heavy duty drill to really use these bits. Get it right but the turnbuckle kept breaking! I tried another drill bit with a best seller blade and although it cost more it was also made in China and used the same screw which also kept breaking. Finally a big name drill brand and it will continue to work but I have to be careful not to overheat this drill. As I said at the outset I wouldn't recommend the larger of these drills unless you need serious high speed production and tooling. to use them. That's why I ticked the "Ease of Use" column and only gave it 4 stars.
