Does not work 95% of the time. There are only two buttons, but their actions are inconsistent from one press to the other. The browser screen provides no decipherable information and the instructions were so poorly written (poor English) as to be useless. The 1 or 2 times we actually read I wasn't sure I could trust him. We replaced a digital thermometer (from WalMart) that we had lost, which was a lot easier - just press a button, hear a beep, hold it to your temple for a few seconds, hear another beep, that's your reading. This thermometer was much more complicated and caused a lot of frustration. We sent it back. Absolutely not worth the price.
