Inconvenient for printers

The print quality is pretty bad. I can use this from my phone app to create shortcuts one by one and it's easy, but I haven't been able to figure out how to connect it to my computer - I don't think it's possible and I've found myself really trying but there were some very difficult to find videos on youtube and maybe someone else will have better luck. I couldn't read the manual either, it's not in English. Their website is disappointing and useless but the printer works with a phone app unless you need to bulk print very many labels and save money. In the end I sent the item back. Much luck!
