This was easy to use but the app is a bit complex and adds your own label image when transparent doesn't come out clear in the app

I got it for my shop today and it won't let me connect via bluetooth as the description says. I've tried everything and I have an iPhone XR so it's not an old phone. I'm very disappointed with this and I also got another receipt printer and it can only be connected via Android phones so I'm screwed on both ends and the app is ridiculous it's not in English at all.

Good product, does what it promises. One problem is that it's difficult to find rollers online that are less than 50mm in diameter. If Netum stops selling rolls (which is very likely), the printer may become unusable. Label vendors in the US have larger roll ODs.

The print quality is pretty bad. I can use this from my phone app to create shortcuts one by one and it's easy, but I haven't been able to figure out how to connect it to my computer - I don't think it's possible and I've found myself really trying but there were some very difficult to find videos on youtube and maybe someone else will have better luck. I couldn't read the manual either, it's not in English. Their website is disappointing and useless but the printer works with a phone app…
